Attendees
Registration Fees, Cancellation and Substitution
All registration fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes and must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event date.  Any payment made for discounted registration fees must be received prior to registration deadline if not paid with a valid credit card.  Registrations may be cancelled three weeks prior to the event and will receive a credit for 50% of the fees collected.  Cancellations within three weeks of the event date result in no refunds.  Substitutions may be made within one week of the event provided both individuals are employed by the same company.

Intellectual Property
All information, including presentations, transcripts and other material delivered at an ABI Forums event remains the property of ABI Forums and Allied Business Intelligence, Inc.  Registrants and participants are hereby granted a license in perpetuity to use such information for their own internal use.

Privacy Policy
ABI Forums respects the privacy of all clients and interested parties who provide personal information, including contact information. When you provide ABI Forums with personal contact data, it is entered into a proprietary database which is used strictly by ABI Forums for client outreach, news and information (if requested), and internal marketing purposes. With exception of event sponsors, ABI Forums does not sell, distribute or share its database.  By registering for an event hosted by ABI Forums, the registrant acknowledges that sponsors may receive a copy of the attendee list for the applicable event as part of their agreement with ABI Forums.  We do not, however, market to our database on behalf of third parties unless a registrant has explicitly given us this permission. Our databases have strong protections in place to minimize the possibility of their being accessed by unauthorized parties.

ABI Research will regularly utilize contact information for the purpose of providing clients and potential clients with information about our events. We do this through a variety of channels, including direct mail, email and telephone contact. However, we maintain strict adherence to an "opt out" policy which gives any registrant in our database the option of expressly not having their personal contact information used for ABI Research marketing purposes. Registrants are given the opportunity to opt out through simple and direct responses to our marketing programs. With the exception of limited direct mail, most opt out requests will take effect immediately.

Sponsors
Sponsorship benefits do not commence until payment is received by ABI Forums.  Once paid in full, sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
